General FAQ
1. What is Parkway Wallet?
· Parkway Wallet is a cutting-edge digital payment solution designed to help you send money, receive money and pay bills for FREE without hassle or delay.
2. How can I create a Parkway Wallet account?
· Launch the downloaded app and tap on the “Create Account” Button.
· Enter your “BVN” an OTP will be sent to the number linked to your BVN.
· Input the “OTP” sent to your phone number and “Confirm” the details generated from your BVN.
· Create your preferred “Password”, “4-digit transaction PIN”, and “Security question”.
· “Confirm” and proceed to your dashboard.
· Your account number is then displayed on your wallet ID
3. I have forgotten my password.
· Tap on the “Forget password” on the login page.
· Input your phone number linked to your account and tap the “Send Code” button.
· Enter the OTP sent to your phone number or email.
· Create a “New password” to continue and input your “Transaction PIN” to complete your request.
4. I have forgotten my Transaction PIN.
· Tap on your “Profile” icon.
· Select the “Security” option.
· Tap the “Transaction PIN” and “Forgot PIN”.
· Answer the “Security questions” you selected upon registration.
· Input the “OTP” sent to your Phone number or email
· Choose a new “4-digit PIN” to complete your request.
5. How can I filter my transaction history?
· To filter your transaction history, tap the “See All” icon on your dashboard to view all your transactions and filter to preferred date(s) using the icon on the top left.
6. How do I change my Password on my account?
· Tap on the “Profile" Icon on your dashboard.
· Select the “Security” option and tap on the “Password”.
· Provide the “Old password” before entering the “New password”.
· Tap the “Reset” button to update your password.
7. How do I change my PIN on my account?
· Tap on the “Profile” Icon on your dashboard.
· Select the “Security” option and tap on the “Transaction PIN”.
· Provide the “Old PIN” before entering a new PIN.
· Tap the “Reset” button to update your PIN.
8. Where can I get my Parkway Wallet account number?
· Your account number is on your dashboard above your displayed wallet balance.
9. What are the transaction charges?
· All transfers from a Parkway Wallet to another bank are FREE when you maintain a minimum wallet balance of N10,000. If your wallet balance is less than the minimum balance, you will be charged a fee of N15 for each transfer.
· All transfers from a Parkway Wallet to another Parkway Wallet are free.
10. How do I view my statement?
· Tap on your “Statement” option from your profile menu.
· Enter your “Email address” and select your “Date” range.
· Tap the “Send” button to receive your statement on your registered email.
11. What is my daily transaction limit?
Your account tier determines your transaction limit:
· Tier1- Daily limit of N50,000 and maximum balance of N300,000
· Tier2- Daily limit of N200,000 and maximum balance of N500,000
· Tier3- Daily limit of N5,000,000 and an unlimited wallet balance
12. How do I upgrade my account tier?
To upgrade your account tier, please follow the step below for each tier
Upgrade from tier1-2
· Tap your “Upgrade Your Account” button on your dashboard.
· Pick your preferred “Tier 2”.
· Enter your NIN and tap the “Submit” button.
· Verify that you have access to the number linked to your NIN as OTP would be sent to this number.
· Enter the OTP sent and your account would be automatically upgraded to tier2
Upgrade from tier2-3
· Tap your “Upgrade Your Account” button on your dashboard.
· Pick your preferred “Tier 3”.
· Provide the required document and tap the “Submit” button.
· Your application will be approved within 48 hours.
13. How to transfer to Invoice.
· Tap on the “Transfer” button on your dashboard.
· Select the “To Invoice” option
· Enter the “Invoice number” and “Confirm” your details to proceed.
· Provide your “4-digit PIN” to complete payment.
14. How do I generate a Parkway Wallet Virtual Card?
· Tap on the Parkway Virtual Card on your dashboard.
· Tap on the “Create Virtual Card” button and tap on “Proceed” to continue.
· Confirm your information and agree to the terms and conditions.
· Input your “Card PIN” and tap on the “Proceed” button to complete your request.
15. How much is Parkway Wallet Virtual Card?
A virtual card cost ₦1000.
16. How do I change my card PIN
· Tap on your “Cards” on your homepage.
· Tap on the “Manage Card” button and tap on the “Card PIN “ option.
· Enter your current card PIN and set a new PIN.
· Tap the “Change” button and input the verification code sent to your phone number.
17. How do I block my card?
· Tap on your “Cards” and select the “Manage Card” option.
· Tap on the “Manage Card” button and tap on the “Block Card “ option.
· Confirm you want to block the card by selecting the “Yes” option.
18. How do I unblock my card?
· Tap on your “Cards” and select the “Manage Card” option.
· Tap on the “Unblock Card “ option.
· Confirm you want to unblock the card by selecting the “Yes” option.
· Enter your “Card PIN” to confirm your request.
19. How do I fund my card?
· Your card is linked to your account, and once your account is funded, the balance will also be reflected on your card.
20. Why was my card Deactivated?
· Your card may be deactivated due to frequent input of the wrong PIN.
21. How do I remove my Card
· Tap on your “Profile Icon” and select the “Manage Card” option.
· Tap the “Remove Card” option
· Confirm you want to remove the app and enter your “Card PIN”.
22. How can I reactivate my virtual card?

23. What is the Linked Wallet feature?
· To provide you with a seamless experience, we have chosen to link all of your accounts created on our Parkway Rails database, providing you access to your Payzone, Fastcare, and Parkway Wallet accounts in one place.
21. How can I switch my wallets?
· Tap on the “Parkway Wallet" button above your balance on your dashboard.
· Tap on any of the accounts you would like to switch to.
22. How do I pay my bills?
· Tap on the “See More” option on the dashboard
· Tap on any of the bills of your choice and provide the required information.
· Select your preferred “Service Provider”.
· Enter your “Transaction Pin” to complete payment.
Transfer FAQ
· How do I transfer money from my wallet?
· Tap on the “Transfer” icon on the dashboard.
· Select the “Parkway Wallet” or “To Other Bank account” option.
· Enter the transaction details and complete the transfer with your “Transaction PIN”. Note: You can also select a beneficiary if it has been saved and complete your transfer.
Receive FAQ
1. How do I receive money in my wallet?
· Tap on the “Receive” icon on your dashboard.
· To receive money from a Parkway Wallet user, select the “From Parkway Wallet User” option and copy/share the details.
· Select the “With Account Number” option to receive money from another bank and copy/share the details.
